• Kidnapping
• Felonious Restraint
• False Imprisonment
• Interference with Custody
• Robbery
• Arson (First Degree)
• Burglary (Home Invasion)
• Defrauding The Elderly
• Aggravated DWUI
• Any solicitation, attempt or conspiracy to commit the above.
